Our next CSHRA Luncheon will be on July 16th at 11:30 am. The meeting will be held at Compassion International, located at 12290 Voyager Parkway, Colorado Springs, 80921.
Proceed north on I-25 to Interquest Parkway, then head north on Voyager. Comopassion International is the large building on the left. Please park in visitors parking and proceed into the main lobby where you can pick up your badge. You will be directed by Compassion Staff to the meeting room, located on the second floor.
Cost is $17 per person for members, $25 per person for non-members.
The Supervisor as Coach
Good coaching inspires good performance and helps when challenges arise. The workshop introduces the principals coaching as supervisors and provides an opportunity for participants to discuss the employee performance issues they experience.
Scott Cassidy, MS
Scott graduated from Biola University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 2000 with a Masters of Arts degree. His major for both degrees was in Christian Education. He graduated from the California State University Fullerton in 2004 with a second Master's Degree in Counseling. Scott has worked with adults, children, and families for 10 years in various capacities in schools, churches, and non-profit counseling centers. As a counselor with Profile Employee Assistance Program, he provides individual, couples and family counseling, coordinates the workshop/training program and is one of the presenters. His counseling interests include: families, couples, adolescents, parenting issues, men’s issues and grief therapy.
CSHRA Luncheon Cancellation Policy: Reminder that we require attendees to give at least 48 hours of notice via phone or email if you cannot attend a CSHRA luncheon. Individuals that give less notice or cannot make the luncheon will be charged for that missed event and will be invoiced accordingly. In the event the CSHRA luncheon is cancelled due to inclement weather you will not be charged for the meeting. Please contact our Vice President, Jared Leffler by email. |
